Yes. We also require all subcontractors to maintain proof of liability insurance, and each policy is kept on file.

DO YOU HAVE INTERIOR DESIGNERS THAT CAN HELP US WITH OUR PROJECT?

Yes, our designer can coordinate any and all of your selections, including fabrics, cabinetry, electrical and plumbing fixtures, countertops, and more!

ARE YOUR ESTIMATES FREE?

We offer an initial consultation. Our Project Consultant will meet with you at your home and get an idea of your vision, problems you are trying to solve, goals and needs, and any measurements & photos that we may need. We are a custom remodeling company. We will build a proposal based on your vision and present it to you in a second appointment.

HOW LONG DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR WORK?

We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all remodeling projects that use our trusted product partner material. The warranty begins on the project completion date. In addition, there is a manufacturer warranty that varies with each product.

DO YOU INSTALL PRE-PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

No, we don’t install pre-purchased products. Over the 28+ years that Coors remodeling has been in business, we have tried and tested our product partners’ material and therefore can provide you with a superior product and excellent workmanship.

DO YOU ALLOW CLIENTS TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN MATERIALS?

No, we have developed a good buying power and good relationships with our vendors who provide excellent support for superior products and materials when needed. Also, we aren't able to offer a warranty for our labor or the product when we are unfamiliar with the manufacturer or workmanship.
