1. Concerns

During the initial consultation, your Project Consultant will meet with you at your home and get an idea of your vision, goals and needs, in addition to measurements & photos. Here are some questions you may be pondering as you begin your search for a residential remodeling contractor.  Our aim is to educate each client on the unique experience of embarking on a home remodeling project.

• Is my contractor certified?
• Are they insured?
• How long has my contractor been in business?
• Is my contractor qualified?
• Do I understand the scope of work?
• Do they install high quality products and materials?
• What will my warranty look like?

2. Commitment

The Coors commitment to you is our proven process to keep you, your consultant, and our entire team on the same page throughout your project. This process begins with the review of the proposal.  Once your dream is finalized, it is time to make a commitment to the investment in your home.  Now the fun begins, it’s time to shop.  Client homework will be reviewed, and due date will be set. Once your homework is complete and submitted to Coors, CONGRATULATIONS your project will now be transferred to our Production Team.

3. Construction

Once the transfer has occurred, a remeasure will be scheduled if needed. This will ensure the proper materials are ordered. Once all products have arrived, a pre-construction meeting will be scheduled with your consultant, production team, and YOU! At this point get ready, construction is starting!

4. Communication

Our promise to you is consistent purposeful, and professional communication to keep everyone up to date through the entire process. You will receive portal access to Builder Trend where you can see logs, progress, and change orders. This also allows you to message the team!

5. Comfort

After construction concludes, your production manager and consultant will return to ensure a dream you once envisioned is now a dream complete.  Once this process is complete, your 10-year workmanship warranty begins..
