Commitment
Once the design and selections are finalized, we put the project details in writing with a clear estimate and expected timeline. That gives you a defined plan to move forward with before the project is transferred to our Production Team.
Construction
A pre-construction meeting allows you to review the project with the people involved before building begins. The team completes any needed remeasurements, coordinates materials, and constructs your custom deck.
Communication
Throughout the project, you receive access to BuilderTrend. The portal gives you a central place to follow progress, review project logs and change orders, and communicate with the Coors team.
Comfort
After construction is complete, your Production Manager and Project Consultant return to review the finished project with you to ensure you’re comfortable with your new deck. Your 10-year workmanship warranty then provides ongoing coverage for the labor and installation performed on your deck.
